Zeropese Refund & Exchange Policy

At Zeropese, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, our refund and exchange policy ensures a hassle-free resolution.
1. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility
✅ Refundable Items:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging.

Defective or incorrect items (see Section 3 for details).
❌ Non-Refundable Items:

Final sale items (marked "Non-Refundable").

Perfumes, earrings, and other hygiene-sensitive products.
Timeframe

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Processed refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
How to Request a Refund

Order number

Product photos (if defective/wrong item)

Reason for return

Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.
2. Exchanges
Available Options
✔ Size/Color Exchange – If your desired item is in stock, we’ll ship it at no extra cost.
❌ Style Exchange – Not available; you must return and repurchase.
How to Request an Exchange

Contact service@zeropese.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

Order number

Preferred replacement (size/color)

Return the original item (unworn, with tags).

We’ll ship your exchange once the return is received.
Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is sold out, we’ll issue a refund instead.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Do not wash or remove tags.

Email service@zeropese.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Order number

Photos/videos of the issue

We’ll arrange a free return & replacement (or refund if unavailable).
No return shipping costs apply for damaged/defective items.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping method—Zeropese is not liable for lost return packages.
