How to Request a Refund

  1. Email service@zeropese.com with:

    • Order number

    • Product photos (if defective/wrong item)

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

2. Exchanges

Available Options

✔ Size/Color Exchange – If your desired item is in stock, we’ll ship it at no extra cost.
❌ Style Exchange – Not available; you must return and repurchase.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact service@zeropese.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Preferred replacement (size/color)

  3. Return the original item (unworn, with tags).

  4. We’ll ship your exchange once the return is received.

Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is sold out, we’ll issue a refund instead.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Do not wash or remove tags.

  2. Email service@zeropese.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Photos/videos of the issue

  3. We’ll arrange a free return & replacement (or refund if unavailable).

No return shipping costs apply for damaged/defective items.
